i think we'd all agree that i talk a lot.

i've always been a talker. because i just have a lot to say.

& really enjoy saying it.
however, the Book on which i've based my life

suggests i be a bit quieter.

this week, i'm going to consciously keep my mouth

shut instead of open.

not a vow of silence or anything crazy like that,

but just "slow to speak." & fast to hush.

i'll let ya know how it goes.
